Free Lensbaby 2.0 bits and pieces

I had a Lensbaby 2 that was stolen, however the bits and pieces weren't taken. I have the box, instructions, case and contents which includes the aperture tool and 3 apertures, a 37mm 10X macro and 37mm + 4 Macro. All in mint condition.The apertures seem to be the f2.8, f5.6 and f8. the f4 was in the lens when stolen. You pay for my packaging, postage and part of the gas for my 18 mile trip to the Post Office. Let's call that $5 and I'll ship it to you in the USA for that amount. If you need a picture, send me your email or smart phone number and I'll send you one. Bill Barber
