Hello. Can anyone tell me anything about this lens? I want to know its coverage in an 8 x 10 format.

As it's Multicoated and a 300mm f5.6 it it's most likely a Symmar-S which covers 10x8 with ease.

Symmars are excellent lenses.

I just looked at the link the OP provided. It’s a Symar-S mounted in a Sinar board for use with a Sinar Digital Shutter. I don’t he can use it unless he has the Sinar shutter and related gear.

It's mounted on a DBM panel, allowing you to adjust aperture manually

you will need a sinar shutter to use it, though once you have it other lenses in the db shutter are generally cheaper
