There have been numerous good threads about lens cleaning here on Photrio. I recommend you do a search on 'Lens cleaning' in 'Threads' and check 'Title only'.

When I need to clean a glass lens, "Eclipse" and PEC pads, but mostly I keep protective filters on them, take the shot and, perhaps a soft brush/Air bulb before filter replacement.

Filters take most of the abuse, if needed for exposure or storage, and and even the high dollar types are cheaper to replace than a good lens, IMO.

Zeis wipes in little foil packets are the way to go. You can easily cary 12 in your pocket. Cheap. Use once and put in garbage.

Buyer beware...I wrote this a while back about multiple Zeiss products on the market...

And if you search now you find this link...https://www.zeiss.com/consumer-products/us/photography/lens-accessories/cleaning-products.html
which links you to the MSDS of two dozen different Zeiss products, NONE of which have only [alcohol + water]-only combination which the photographic division endorses!
