Lenox paper for Kallitype

I had been using Lenox paper for kallitypes with very good results. My latest batch of paper, however, doesn't coat well or hold well. I've tried tween and pre-soaking the paper and neither helps. Any suggestions on improving the holding capability of the lenox or another paper.
