When I shot LTM this was my main lens. I went to M bodies a few years ago and acquired a Summilux. I have not used this lens much since then.
This Summarit has cleaning marks and scratches on front and internal cloudiness (what appears to be fungus) in the rear elements. The barrel is in very nice cosmetic condition. I do not have caps for it. Based upon the prices that KEH seems to command for UG versions of this lens, Im trying to price it so that you would be able to have the cleaning done that it needs and not be upside down in the investment. Despite the imperfections, it still yields wonderful images as-is.
