I bought this off of ebay and have been printing extensively with it for a few weeks. Everything work great! The 1B is just like the 1C, except it uses a Valoy I condenser, a thinner post, and no filter drawer like the later 1C's. The ONLY reason I'm selling this is that I fixed up a 1C that has a filter drawer and finally got it drilled to a baseboard, etc.
I've knocked out probably a whole 50-sheet box of 12x16 MGIV with the 1B since I got it 12/26/13, and there are no problems with it. One of the red wings that hangs off the side is detached, but could be screwed in with the right little screws. I didn't bother, as it is not that useful for me. The attached pics show it still attached, but these pics are from the ebay seller (yes, I am that lazy), and I think he must have detached it and lost the screws.
Make me an offer. Local pickup in Williamsburg only. It is not as heavy as a 1C, so you could conceivably transport via subway, but a car or taxi would be better. Thanks!
