Hello,
Recently I aquired summicron 35 asph. Pretty fast I realized that it has two weird looking objects inside. In strong side light it turns white, under loupe (7x) its dark and pretty straight.
Seems both of the objects have around 2mm lenght and they are very thin.
First thought was these are inside scrathes cause they "blink" in side strong light. But after short inspection I assumed that they might be kind of dust/hair.
What do you think? Should I be bothered with them and take the lens to cleaning or just keep on shooting?
I shoot only film so is there any way to check if they interfere with the image? LIke shooting a plain color wall, or shoot against strong light to see if it makes a blink on an image? any suggestions?
Thanks!

Don’t worry about it. Those tiny bits are not going to have any effect on the photographic results. Just take pictures and be happy with your beautiful optic. Not too many are so blessed.

Ditto! Will have no effect. I have a Hasselblad lens with horrific looking scratch on front element and a Nikon lens with deep scratch, which I acquired at bargain price, but scratches are totally undetectable on negative. Have fun with very nice fine lens.
