Leitz 3.5 cm F3.5 Summaron in Leica thread mount with serial number 780304 indicating the year of production as 1950.
The condition of this lens is excellent both cosmetically and optically. The glass is clear, clean, and otherwise problem-free. The mechanical motions are smooth and accurate. The cosmetic condition is very good with only bare signs of considered occasional use through the years, and there are no engravings. There is a tiny bit of scoring or perhaps oil on the tips of the iris blades, but this is quite common on vintage lenses and has no impact on performance.
