Hmmm, didn't see a book with it. So, guess not.

-J

You were supposed to write a 173 page book about The Thirty Years’ War: The Habsburg-Bourbon Conflict, 1635-1648, sign it and include it in the box when you sent it on:blink:

You did get the memo?

So the Thirty Years' War lasted for fourteen years?

I belive Shawn and Síle stipulated that we were only to write about the remainder of the Thirty Years’ War which concluded with the Habsburg- Bourbon conflict. If I have misread the guidelines please correct.

Guess what arrived in the mail today? (And no it wasn't a flatulent sheep!)

You know that part in Apollo 13 where right after take off one of the 5 engines blows and they realize that they will be just fine, so Jim Lovell says, "Looks like we've had our glitch for this mission....". Let's hope this was this mission's glitch and all's square now. Glad it's at it's first stop. Hey good things come to those that wait (thanks Grandma for another zinger)!

Considering what we've put up with in recent rounds, this was HARDLY a glitch. At least we knew where the camera was all this time! That may not always be the case in the coming months. Let's hope I'm wrong.

For sure! Though I'm intrigued by the crushed box incident...but maybe some things are best left untold!

Let the flurry of "it's about f*ckin time" posts begin. I am ready for the flogging!

Okay...

Somebody shifted the feminine hygiene products in Shawn't back seat! It's about f*ckin time!

Oh, you haven't received my 'friend' Amanda yet?

First of all.. Shawn there shall be no flogging.. "sheet" happens and this won't be the first camera that went missing and it won't be the last!

I took the opportunity to go out today as the sun was shining (a first outing this year in Wicklow - for the sun that is, not me) and took my two shots.. It'll be Friday before I get to the Post office with it.. but it shall hopefully be winging it's way to France by Friday afternoon..

Then I get to sit back with a smug look on my face and watch the rest of the games... with my new friend Amanda...

A rather sheepish smile there... I'm sure ewe wool be very happy. And here I thought you said you needed a man to keep you happy.

Like Fred, you'll always know what you're getting for birthdays or Christmas- a sweater, cap, mittens or socks.
