I just yesterday ordered 10 rolls of TMY and 10 rolls of TMX. That's enough b&w 35mm to last me a couple years.
Weird. That is a couple of weekends for me.

Mm now now don't forget the natural extension of shooting film is processing film, so of course we will need Leica branded MQ Borax film developer sold pre-measured in glass tubes and only shipped via slow mule to prevent breakage. It'll work exactly like that plebeian "Dee Seventy Six" but will be 30 Euros per package to process 2 rolls, with 29.00 Euro shipping from Germany and its out of stock now, but should be in stock in the 2nd quarter of 2024.
The glass tubes will have the cap red to keep the branding consistent.
Here is the history of Twenty Mule Team Borax:

It also was a popular laundry detergent. The commercials for it ran on the TV western show Death Valley Days.

Brings back memories
I thought Leica took the trophy with the M9 sensor replacements? You're telling me Kodak and Fuji are back in the mix?
Here you go, Leica Film from 1932.

Will the new Leica film come precut for Barnack cameras? If I am paying $50 for the worlds finest B&W film, I don't want to take a risk cutting the leader improperly.
Well, I'll stick with my 6X9 "Texas Leica", which cost 1/10th as much as a real Leica, but results in ten times better prints.
That's only because you aren't using genuine Leica film in your camera. You should only use the best, after all!
What if one is not wearing a genuine Leica collector edition belt buckle at the time? (probably made in China)
You plebs get your $50 Leica film. I'll wait for the limited edition HCB400 (ie TriX) which will come in a walnut presentation box complete with 3 Henri Cartier-Bresson prints, a pair of black velvet gloves to handle while loading, a bag of brass nails (got to have some brass...) and will cost $1908 (the year HCB was born). Only 95 will be made.
