Auction items arrived today. The reason for the purchase was a random large format lens that was attached to a non-large format camera.
The Leica R4s mod2 seems to be in good working condition minus some failing light seals. The trouble is that I would need to shell out about $300 just to get a lens to really test the thing. It is a weighty and solid feeling slr body and the lenses seem to be well regarded I just can't decide if I want to invest in another system which aside from "lens character" doesn't get my anything that my Minolta can't get.
