As far as I know the chrome MP is only available with the 0,72x finder magnification.

I paid about £1700 for mine, if I recall correctly. That was a Black Paint model with a little brassing.

after a well priced MP! ebays MPs are way overpriced. over 3500$ and closer to 4500... (USD of course)

One between 2500-3000. A little extra for 0.58.

Bought a used black MP .72 for around $2500 a few years ago but I believe those days are looong gone. I would think you should be expecting to pay >$3000 for one in good condition.

I bought a really nice used black paint 0.85 one about 6 or so years ago. Still had 1 year of passport warranty on it too. Only had one small nick next to the hotshoe where someone slipped with a viewfinder or flash or something. Otherwise pretty much mint with the plastic still on the bottom plate. Paid $1900 USD from Tamarkin in NY. Corners and edges are starting to brass up nicely otherwise it still looks great. I think 0.85 is only available under a la carte now.
