Hi,
I would like to remove the top cover of my Leica M2.
There are tons of tutorials online showing you how to do it, but none of them list the size of clamps that are needed.
Does anyone know what looks AND sizes I need?

I think there are some sets on the bay, that would give you shapes, sizes and pictures.
Years ago I bought a set from China and it works fine but the machined edges were very sharp and
would scratch so using masking tape on the side touching the chrome raised it enough to clear the surface.
 
Oh OK. I see a bunch of sets on eBay from China. none of them give sizes though.
I guess it's not too expensive at around USD 30. I'll grab one and try.
thanks for the heads up on the edges. I'll file those down and/or use masking tape.
