CONDITION:

The lens is in great condition - HOWEVER - it was dropped and there is a ding in the lens hood (which took the brunt of the fall), a ding in the edge of the lens front and there is a scratch/tiny ding in the glass. The hood still slides up and down...but you cant mount a filter.

Despite all this, the lens shoots beautifully with stunning sharpness and color, even wide open. The lens is an impressive performer. See the shots I took today with my Leica M Typ240 digital camera. They are shot at f/3.4 or f/8 ( you can tell by DOF which are which). I am amazed at the wide open performance and NO color fringing. Glass is clean and clear, no haze, no fungus, no cleaning marks and no oil on blades. Focus is smooth.
