Legacypro Mic-x Mixing instructions

I have a packet of LegacyPro Mic-X developer to make a gallon but I cannot find the mixing instructions, and I have searched online but all I can find is the MSDS. Does anyone have mixing instructions? Thanks in advance!

If it's a true clone, which I hear tell it is, I would just use the mixing instructions Ilford has for Perceptol or dig up Kodaks instructions for Microdol-X.
