Could anyone with experience comment on the use of this device to mount RC or FB prints "permanently"..

Been my experience with waxers is they were made for sticking copy to a "pasteup" to be shot in a graphic copy camera to make a neg for platemaking. This was before full computer imposition and film output and direct image platemakers. The stuff is kinda messy and tends to get soft in hot weather. I would not recommend wax for sticking prints to anything, besides it not meant for permanence.
