leaking nova quad

I've just purchased a nova quad and when i fill the internal cavity with water noticed a leak around both green temp blocks at the front of the processor.

On closer inspection they appear to be loose and held in place with clear silicon. Has anyone had any experiance of this and made a repair.

All sorted now..........pulled out thermostats,cleaned and resealed with silicone sealant. I'll wait 24 hours before refilling with water and check for leaks.
