Yeah not the most interesting article but any article in a big paper or website on analog photography, especially by a celebrity, however minor, to pique more interest in film is good news in my book.

Thanks for sharing.

Any news is good news, although it seems LOMO-esque qualities nearly always get mentioned in relation to film, along with "hazy" and "dream-like" blah blah blah.

Yeah was thinking that too, the whole concept of the "dirty rollers" created anomalies and such.....well clean them!. Unless of course that's what he was after. Like taping up your Holga to avoid the light leaks I guess. But hey if that what it takes to create some needed film demand...

Nowadays using Instagram as a media for seeing film photographers. Turns out that I found a guy who was beta testing Cinestill in 120... And it is him!
I have to agree about his point about the photos being tiny there.

Just more silly LA celebrity worship stuff.

Could they not find or bother to search out a real photographer instead of some celebrity wannabe photographer.

The media in LA is barely more than a marketing machine for "hollywood".

All good points but then less of the public would have read it.
