Konica X-36 Auto Flash Manual and Wide Adapter

Picked up a Konica X-36 Auto handle flash in excellent condition for use with my Konica FT-1 Motor camera and will use with other cameras. Does anyone have a manual?

Also trying to locate a wide adapter for this flash as well.
