Konica Hexanon dual 21-35 calibration

Hello, I recently bought this lens and used it on my leica m6 and put two rolls through it. When I developed the film, I received 70/72 completely out of focus frames. I know that my M6 is not the problem because the 3rd roll shot with carl zeiss biogon 35mm lens came out nice and sharp. So it must be a calibration issue with the konica lens and my m6.. But I couldn't find much information about this lens online so I was wondering if anybody knows how to calibrate this lens. Thanks!
