Hi, my name is Pavlo. Help my please. I have a Konica C35 AF2 camera, it has a problem with the letting some light from the top of the frame, or from the side of the entire frame. I replaced the seal in it, but the problem is still there.

Could it be that the camera was damaged by a fall and the housing was slightly warped?

You could use a small LED lamp to check the housing in the dark to see if you can find the leak.

Welcome to Photrio, @PablitoUa !
Is it possible to post some clearer photos? It's very hard to make out what I'm looking at. In particular, is the light leak from the top or the bottom of the frame? If from the top of the frame, you're looking for a light leak at the bottom of the camera.

Also, does the leak occur at the exact same place in relation to the image frame all the time?

OK, so you have two light leaks:
One is at the top of the image area, so it's at the bottom of the camera somewhere. It's very local and not really a major concern since it doesn't seem to extend past the sprocket holes.

The other is a major light leak along the edge of the frame. It runs from top to bottom. It seems to be between frames. If I were to take a guess, I'd say it's related to these recesses in the camera's back:

Looks like the replaced padding doesn't effectively seal the areas at those recesses.

thank you) I'll try to re-glue it in this place

I wonder if the "seals" on the light trap channel on the camera do more harm than good. It seems that it prevents the back door to close all the way for the foam seals on the door to do their job properly.

I'd remove the blue stuff.
