It's an amazing camera. I have the basic chrome version and named him Rex. I absolutely love him, but pretty much never use him anymore since I never shoot 135 film anymore. But he was my main shooter when I did. No pansy little camera either.

You missed one on ebay a while back. It only went for about $100 USD. I paid $200 for mine and it's not the black version.

I don't know if it's still there, but there's a seller on ebay who had a European version (Konica branded their stuff as 'Revue' there) in black. They wanted a lot for it though.

Good luck with your search. I hope you get it. If not, bite the bullet and get the chrome version. The camera is worth owning no matter what color it is.
