Kodak are the only company to make B&W film in 220 - only 320TXP at the moment. Unlike other manufacturers, they may be responding to the petition to supply more 220 film by producing a limited amount of 400TX as well. Well done Kodak.

Salgado told Bachelier (who launched the http://www.film220.com/ site ) that Kodak announced they would resume TX400 production in 220 format.

Anybody been able to find some? I've asked two local suppliers; one does not have the volume to be a Kodak dealer, the other gave a politically correct but no reason to be hopeful answer.

If I still had my C330 I would have been interested, however the thought of buying an A24 back which I might get very little use of and no economic advantage puts me into a "don't care" state.

Are you sure that isn't TXP (tri-x iso320)? I don't think TX (tri-x iso400) has been made in 4x5 in a while.

How is that possible? It is listed as good ol TX400 Does Kodak make this in the UK and not in the US?

The price is out of reach with the $ against the Pound at the moment but thanks for posting this interesting discovery.

I have a pair of 220 backs for my Hassy and another 220 film would be welcome--especially another B&W film. I really like the 220 backs for convenience and usually use them for the more abundant 220 color films due to so few B&W 220 choices available and my faves usually being in 120 only (FP4, HP5, etc...).
