"The company, called Kodakit, is a Singapore-based subsidiary of Eastman Kodak."

Did they not transfer all still photography activities with the founding of Kodak Alaris??

No - just still film photography activities.

No, they transfered the Kiosk business too.
Sorry - also the remainder of the photofinishing business, including photochemicals and colour paper and the Kiosks.
But they were discrete, already existing businesses that were related to the historical business.
Not general things like anything related to still photography.
They also transferred the office scanner unit.
The referenced business seems to be brand new, and essentially stock photography business, which Eastman Kodak was never involved with before.
