I can't read the label on the bottle. Is this USA made, packaged in Germany??

I missed the "made in USA" and assumed it was Sino Promise stocks...

The HC-110 Sino Promise sold in the US the last few years was made by someone in the US. This is after the Tetenal production for Kodak Alaris-(Sino??) I think Sino Promise may have used different contractors to provide product in different regions. Not sure.
