I have a bottle of KRST that is probably 8/9yrs old that has about one inch of liquid left in it. This remaining solution appears to have crystals floating within. Is it possible these can be broken down and remixed or has the toner died?

What color are the crystals? If they're brown, reddish or black, you're SOL and the toner is toast.
Otherwise, you might try diluting the remaining concentrate to working strength and give it a try.

Koraks, thanks for the response, the crystals are off white and are more of a precipitation floating around in the liquid.

Filter first then use as usual. It may be a tiny bit weaker, but likely not.

Have you seen my posts on replenishing and reusing selenium toner? Search here and over on the LF forum is you're interested.

Best,
