Want to Buy Kodak Retina ii type 014 case, accessories, and everything in between

Hi Everyone,

I have fallen in love with this camera, and being a completionist at heart, i am ISO items produced that are compatible with this camera. ATM, the item im looking for the most is an original case with strap but i am interested in finding anything relating to this camera including the original manual, lens hood (if applicable), filters/lens options or ad-ons, attachments, printed adds etc.

I am located in Rhode Island USA and looking forward to seeing what was produced for this awesome piece of design and craftsmanship.

I love them too. I have several 1A, 2A, 2c's, 3c's. I like rebuilding them when I buy them. The Original Cases are nice, but DO NOT trust the straps. Have a leather shop make you a new leather strap. I use the Peak Design camera rope attach points thingy's and then a modern thin strap by Peak Design. With over 30 cameras, it's easier to just buy the peak design brand stuff and be able to swap the strap in seconds.

Tim Rice at www.filterfind.net has a good selection of vintage Kodak filters, lens hoods, etc. and can probably help you find what you are looking for.

I've found ebay to be the best source (except for Series adapters/filters).

On all of my Retinas, the first thing I did was subject the cases to the horrors of long-term storage.

The cases are much more important for the Retina models that lack built-in strap lugs.

I have a case for a Retina I (013). I checked with my IIa and the bottom half fits correctly but not the top. Free for the cost of shipping if you want to experiment.
