Kodak Panoram No.4 - shutter speeds and aperture

Does anyone know (through guesswork, estimate, experiement or empirical measurement...or any other process?) the shutter speeds (fast and slow) and aperture setting for the Kodak Panoram No.4????

Anyone with any observation or guess please post a reply (with explanation how you came up with it) so that we can see as many ideas as possible and try and garner some sort of group concensus.
