Fred, I was at the Cape when this started. My answer is independent of project regarding the black buckets. At first it was suggested that the buckets were for emulsion and I said they were not. It turns out that on closer inspection, they are not emulsion buckets but they are containers for mixing ingredients. So, there could be a coupler or a salt in that bucket. Not an emulsion.
