I have an Eastman Kodak "Mini" Enlarger and the only "identifying data" is the patent number and that it is a Model 1. I bought it from a friend in the mid 1970's but never used it! Now, I'm wondering if it is something that I should pass on to my grandkids as an heirloom, sell on e-Bay or Craigs, donate to a museum, or just put on the shelf as a decoration.

Does anyone have any idea of its value to a collector or ?????

Thanks in advance for your help.

I sent some photos few days ago. Did they arrive in your e-mail?

wubaja,

Did you find out anything about your enlarger? Would you please send me a picture or two of your enlarger.

I think these are the pictures of the enlarger in question. The OP can confirm or correct me if not.

Thanks Fotch,

It is not the same thing that I have I think mine may have been more of a toy.

Thanks again,

Kodak Portable Miniature Enlarger Model 1

I have one of these units that I got from a friend long ago. It is in great shape and very small. He used it as a military photographer way way back. It is so small he could set up shop in a pup tent. I have attached a picture of the unit beside a standard guitar for comparison. This would be perfect for someone with very limited space.

Unscrew the lens so the light shines down. Set a white lamp shade on the baseboard and use it as a decorative lamp.
