Since this seems very hard to come by I have scanned mine and sharing it here
This is OCRed PDF - let me know if you find any issues with that.

I actually sent this very copy to Mike yesterday - he does not have a Medalist one. Btw if you have any of those Kodak shutter repair manuals then you know that they are a bit different for each family of shutters. Whilst there are similarities, they are different so a correct manual is always useful rather than something else similar but not quite. My printed one has 3 different families of shutters with Medalist one being just one of them (I scanned only 1/3 of a book).OR you can get a copy from https://www.butkus.org/chinon/repair_manuals/kodak_repair_books.htm
I published it for DIYers not pro repairmen. But fine sure - I can always remove it if its not useful.I find the differences very minor. Any good tech won't have any problem.

And then there's the new kid on the block with good mechanical skills that has a failed Supermatic of some type that is looking for repair information and stumbles across this thread at the top of his/her search. Do they not appreciate the response that tells them they can use the Medalist Supermatic service manual to repair their non Medalist Supermatic?
