I was talking about boxed film in cassettes you can buy from a shop.

Freestyle and B&H are actual shops (huge ones) and both carry Cinestill rebranded Vision3 films. If you're in the right location (Los Angeles and New York City, respectively) you can walk in and buy a few rolls right over the counter.

If you live where I do, you can't buy 120 in a shop at all, and 35mm is limited to Fuji Superia X-tra 400 and Kodak consumer emulsions -- and maybe a few cans of store brand, which is usually rebranded Ferrania from before their bankruptcy (and might be five years out of date as a result). And no, none of those are in tungsten balance.
