Kodak Film Rebate

I was on the Kodak web site and noticed that they are offering a $20 rebate for the purchase of $125 or more of their professional films - both B+W and color. The have great films and their quality is second to none. I hope this will encourage sales.

Can't see that there should be any problems in exporting any everyday goods from the US to Europe? In the UK (and probably elsewhere) the usual importer, Kodak Ltd., is an EK subsidiary, so no presumably no conflict of interest there?

Or Kodak Ltd. could do direct offers to customers? Ilford/Harman sell direct from the factory, with some very good deals, without any apparent difficulty.

But no rebates on films.
I mean, for films...
