I was on the Kodak web site and noticed that they are offering a $20 rebate for the purchase of $125 or more of their professional films - both B+W and color. The have great films and their quality is second to none. I hope this will encourage sales.

Just in time to buy up Portra VC in 135, 120 and 4x5 to fill my refrigerators so that I can keep it from the hoarders!

Why limit this? Why not offering this in the EC? We're all buying the yellow stuff over here also!

Oh, rebate, I see... I thought you meant the part around the image area that people print sometimes because theyyyuh.... theyyy, uuhh... umm, why do they do that?

Can't see that there should be any problems in exporting any everyday goods from the US to Europe? In the UK (and probably elsewhere) the usual importer, Kodak Ltd., is an EK subsidiary, so no presumably no conflict of interest there?

Or Kodak Ltd. could do direct offers to customers? Ilford/Harman sell direct from the factory, with some very good deals, without any apparent difficulty.
 
Kodak Germany has an online shop.
But no rebates on films.
I mean, for films...
 
Great I can use it to buy the Porta VC 400 in 4x5 that I cannot find!
