"Due to significantly decreased sales volumes, Kodak is ceasing production of KODAK EKTACHROME 64T Professional Film (EPY). Based on current usage demand, product is expected to be available in the market through early 2010."
It is still listed as type Super8. Wihout indication of discontinuancy.
Which is a bit strange seen their change to production on demand. Maybe demand for EPY in S8 is that big that they reserved some stock just for conversion into S8.
Happened into my local Samy's branch (Pasadena, for you LA locals) and they had scads of 64T in 120 sitting in their "Discontinued Films--Get 'Em While You Can" bin. Still in date, if you want some for your freezer. (Not sure about the main Samy's on Fairfax.)
