Cinestill recently published a post about this:

Honestly and being in the EU, for B&W I feel very well catered by Adox (XT3 which also comes in 1L packages vs XTOLs 5L) but I specially like this about color:

Photo Systems intends to expand and reintroduce more of the classic chemical products throughout this year. They have finished re-certifying their manufacture of E6 and C41 products with Kodak quality assurance and will reintroduce these later this year. Shortly after they will reintroduce RA4.
If they get Flexicolor C41 back to market and a proper E6 kit, that will be really nice.

I assume the Adox version works perfectly well?

Yes, but I have used the Kodak product for more years than I care to remember.
In the meantime, I will use the Adox product. Price differences between them might make me reconsider though, we shall see.

Is it known a certain date when in the EU Kodak chemicals will be available again?
I desperately need some T-Max developer...
To me the best there is.

Wel, EU, UK....I wonder how much more attractive it is to purchase these within the EU from a UK vs. a US source.

I agree. I really don't get why Cinestill has chosen Dupli, an Uk based distributor, to handle EU market. I really don't understand it.

Dupli's website is currently inaccessible.

It's working for me. Maybe just a temporary glitch.

For me, I stopped buying from UK since Brexit, as the whole new UK to EU Vat & customs made life very complicated.

I can buy from Fotoimpex in Germany, for example and pay almost the same shipping cost( as from the UK) and have it within a few days (Germant to Ireland) and no Vat at point of entry delays.

Except Fotoimpex doesn't have anything of Kodak chemicals.....

Perhaps because you are closer - still not working for me.
I know nothing about Dupli, and Google searches are overwhelmed by references to Dupli-color, so I haven't been success in learning more.
But I would be surprised if Cinestill would choose an EU sub-distributor who didn't already have the means to competitively distribute outside of the UK.

Works fine here.

Note that some online shops block access from areas they don't ship to. For instance, I can usually not access the Walmart webshop. It's apparently a deliberate choice and I suspect it might be the same for Dupli.

Do you have a link to a main website for them - something other than an online shop?

From Italy dupli.co.uk is reachable...

Perhaps my ISP or its favoured security software doesn't like them.

It's been 6 months and there is no sign in anywhere the chemicals can be found. The hope is fading. Very disappointed. My film photography seems to reach a dead end finally. No chemicals mean no films to me.

where are you located? Both B&H and Freestyle show most of the B&W chemicals in stock.
looks like the colour ones are still a work in process https://kodak.photosys.com/
