Hi folks, I might stay in Europe for an extra two weeks so I want to send the 50 rolls of Kodachrome I have to Dwaynes via my Fedx account. Has anyone sent film from Paris or Europe via this method and had it damaged from x-Ray?

Cheers from Paris!

I've sent cartons of film from Germany via the USA to Australia. Never had a problem at any point - and fedex/UPS use some CRAZY routing - items potentially scanned at multiple points.

I'd ensure you have the Harmonized Codes and contents details correct, and mark the film as X-RAY SENSITIVE on the customs declaration.

(Dan - my Kodachromeproject forum account login is not working either)

Andrew-neither is your flickr link from your post.

My KP login is working fine, for reference.

Thanks for the advice, I think I am heading home on time as the volcano could act up and make travel home sporadic. I am not sure what is going on with the forum, I really wish I had someone else to admin it this year as I just can't shoot in depth and mind it too.

I will look into it, sorry about the trouble.
