The fact is that might is right i.e. if one six foot four 250 lb cop has you in a headlock, and another has your arm twisted up your back it's very difficult to argue in a rational way about your legal rights to take photographs, and although you can seek legal redress later it's certainly the end of that days shooting.
 
Strange how these sheets never include any responsibilities.. generally easily summarised as don't be an a**e, be courteous, and respect others.

These should go without saying, but Youtube is full of 'togs being full of themselves and provoking confrontation to get the video of themselves "being hassled". This only dilutes the genuine problems and makes thing harder for both sides.

Can you point out a few of these confrontational videos that Youtube is "full of"? I'd like to know what people are doing to "provoke" the authorities.
