Hi, I'm looking for a properly working Kiev 4A (the one without meter) with clean Jupiter-8 lens. After selling off most of my compact rangefinders, I kinda miss the Sonnar look, the awkward Contax grip, and the smell of old Soviet grease. I'm based in CA 94010. Thanks!

I've got one that meets all the criteria except "working"...

I'm believe I have one. Working when last used. Will check. I believe I have a J-12 as well.

I’ve got one that I use with the Sonnar 50/1.5 from my dead IIa. It works, shockingly, but it’s got quirks. Changing shutter speed is a bit of a pain and I constantly leave my finger in front of the rangefinder window. If you get one I’d also recommend finding a better take up spool; I also use the one from the IIa.

You have to use the "Contax Grip" to avoid blocking that window. Not too difficult once you get used to it.

If youā€˜re willing to suffer with a working meter you may be able to convince me to give up this one. Iā€˜ll have to check, but I think I also have a 35mm and 135mm lens for it as well. It has a take up spool and everything worked properly last time I used it, but that was a few years ago. PM me if interested.
