Yes, I believe it is 15 day refund and 60 day repair on used items.

I have had to return one item that was not as represented and they issued a fedex return mailer so it was no charge to me.

years ago it was 90 days, i had purchased a lens that had an issue and at that time they couldn't replace the same graded item so they sent me a grade up which is all they had at the time.

I can't speak to shipping as i don't remember.

why not just call their 800 number and ask

Returned items must be shipped prepaid.

If the equipment is found to be defective, your card credit will be credited for the price of the returned merchandise and any taxes and original shipping.

but:
International Orders - While KEH will always honor its 14 day return policy and 60 day warranty, due to the high cost of shipping, duties, tariffs, and other charges KEH will not be responsible for such charges on international returns.
