KEH: how is your relationship with them?

I never bought film from them so don't have any negative things to say about them.

Never had a problem with them but haven't bought from them in a few years.

It would be nice if they had photos of actual items for sale. The rest is excellent.

I use to live in Duluth, GA - just opposite of where KEH is from Atlanta and on occasion, I would go to their open house event where you can actually touch and see the product.
I always used to think they should have a counter sales but thought better of what the consequences of that would be!

Unfortunately I'm stripped from that opportunity, living 6000 miles away. Usedphotopro offers actual photos of their items for sale, so I believe similar service shouldn't be so difficult to implement.

I have bought a few lenses and accessories from KEH, and the quality of the merchandise was good and the transactions went smoothly. I had one item to return and it was handled satisfactorily. I have never sold anything to KEH. The price they offered was about one-third what I could get on eBay.
