Film scratches in a camera are straight, not bent, no spots or diffuse areas. Scratches of the size you've shown? No way. They are more like thin hairlines.
My guess is the lab. If they don't have dip 'n dunk development the rollers can cause these irregularities, particularly if there is some 'play' in the roller axis. Without proper maintenance of the developing machines this happens quite often.
