For 40 euro - this was a good buy, less than 2 euro per camera. I have some interesting cameras, that I never seen before (APS camera, golf camera, Leitz camera). Also I can finally try quicksnap panorama that I have read a lot before, with true wide angle lens. Golf camera is in the meantime also popular for gif creation.
My plan is to reload them with B&W film, I have some roll of Polypan F that is ideal for this task, just need to wait for better weather.

I will revert again when I will have some first results.

no, these are no leitz cameras. they are quite similar to the fujis next to them. they just printed the forefathers of photography on the cardboard housing, oskar barnack (leitz) being one of them and "by chance" his name figures on all of them and "by chance" in a prominent place. nice find nevertheless.

do some of these contain film that has already been exposed ?
either way, really cool find!
Curious to see what comes from the panoramic cameras

Almost all are not exposed, couple of frames on some cameras. Those color films are old anyhow, I will develop them in B&W chemicals, as I will need original take up spool, that is different than standard film spool.
Then I will use efke film canister (that I have many, and they are easy to open), with fresh B&W film, and do a proper test, and make enlargements from B&W film.
Panoramic and golf cameras are first in the queue .

I see some have a red dot, big dot but still a dot.

Yep, red dot always get attention :smile:

Small update, and question: I have shot first panorama, will develop film soon. However when I tried to reload the film - I was not able to get the shutter fire. Open a camera was easy, loading film as well (I did it first with test roll on daylight) - but film is advancing, and shutter is not cocked, and I just wind the whole roll without firing the shutter even once.
Any ideas/tips?

I've no real idea, but I remember when I reloaded single-use cameras it was easy to get the gearing wrong on the advance mechanism. In one case the gears all fell out and I had to figure out how to reassemble in the dark. Make sure all the gears and levers are engaged in some way.

See if a gear must engage the sprockets of advancing film in order to cock the shutter, or perhaps the take-up. In other words, figure out how the shutter cocks when you have it apart - something may have moved. It's also possible you have to "reset" the gearing by moving something to a starting position.

Hi John,

I have noticed one thing: all those single use cameras that are reloaded are always Kodak, not Fuji snapshot. It could easily be that shutter mechanism design in Kodak is allowing reloading, but something in Fuji makes it bad once when you want to reload. I will buy one Kodak disposable for test. From another side - my Contax VTS has panorama option, so it is ok :smile:.
