Glad to help Svenedin. If you can get an Apo Rodagon N 45/2.8, it's basically the best enlarging lens for 35mm available, I think. (probably equaled by the apo el nikkor 105mm)

I'm kind of humbled by the various voices here. I don't know, I had spoken with some people who talked about the various qualities of different lenses, and seemed to suggest that it would be worth having different brands. It's classic GAS, and I went with it. Probably a mistake, and my hunch is that I'll keep it in the back of my mind that one of them has to go. Probably the Rodenstock, because I paid more for it.

I probably let auction fever drive up what I paid for all three lenses, I was so excited to get my enlarger setup that I wanted to get some lenses that I was pretty confident would be issue free. Of course, that is still to be seen, and I'll be pretty picky with these given what I paid.

Spare enlarger lenses make great loupes, btw. A 50mm is about an 8-10x loupe, and 80mm is about a 3-4x I believe. Or, even just a spare 50mm camera lens. I have an OM 50/1.8 I use as my regular loupe, it was basically free and better than any purpose-made loupe I have found.
