Jobo Plastic bottle stained by bad/spent fixer

I've had some fixer in a Jobo clear plastic bottle for a few weeks I usually re-use the fixer three or four times) and noticed it had turned grey with some black residue at the bottom.

I assume that the fix is well and truly spent, but how do I clean up the bottle so I can use it for my next batch of fixer ?

I just rinse the bottle a few times. They silver stains stay but I don't think they cause any harm.

pretty normal stuff - filter the black stuff if you like. if you've used "3 or 4 times" and not to capacity according to mfg'ers instructions, and bottled properly, all is well. test the fixer if you're concerned.

Thanks for the responses guys, the quantity of Fix was less than a litre and owed me nothing so happy to toss it for a fresh solution. I just don't want to have to toss the bottle unless I have to. Sounds like not
