I use it for washing film as part of processing. I have heard that photo-flo creates buildup on the plastic reels so i "seesaw" roll film and tray rinse sheet film in photo-flo before hanging to dry after water washing in the drum.

As for number of water changes and total washing time, I am sure many will contribute their procedures. This has been discussed in the past so a search would be prudent as well.

Which drums? What method?

Jobo sells a hose that plugs into the lid. It would work if you don't mind the water use.

Or you could do the Ilford method.
