I have just fitted a new drain faucet on my Jobo CPA-2 processor, (Jobo item95322). This came with a black rubber washer and a thinner white washer. To get it to fit, I had to remove the black washer and just use the white washer alone as the length of the thread is so short. Even then, the plastic nut only just catches the thread and slips if over tightened by hand.
I was wondering if there is a `third-party` item that can be used with a longer thread for easier fitting?
I have filled the unit with water to check for leakage, this is OK so far, but I'm worried in case the nut slips on the thread as with the previous faucet.
Any suggestions?
