You might look at the ATL 2000 instead. It is fully automated, so you won't be a slave to the machine during processing. They go used on EBay for not a whole lot more than the CPP-2.
I like my CPP-2, but I don't know if I'd want to commit my business to it. (I'm just a hobbiest and use it for my home development.) It is reliable and very accurate, but the ATL 2000 will be more accurate, because the human is taken completely out of the processing loop. Also, I believe the ATL series can be readily connected to silver recovery equipment, which you'll probably need to operate commercially (check your local ordinances). There are other models in the ATL series that you could consider as well - the ATL 1000 or 1500 do film only, but are a lot more space efficient. There are higher-end machines, but the ones mentioned here are probably sufficient to your needs.
