jobo atl 1500/1000 controller replacement

Folks,

We have made replacement controller for jobo 1500/1000. It does replace all of processor controlling electronics completely and adds great flexibility in terms of processor operations modes:

(0) automatic 110/220v
(1) PID temperature control, from 18C and upwards to 37C. You can set any.
(2) Ability to turn off presoak, take presoak from 6th bottle or take presoak from inlet
(3) Ability to randomize rotation pattern of tank
(4) built-in temperature compensation calculator, you dont have to look at the chart
(5) easy to use GUI allowing you to customize operations, using graphical LCD screen and dialing jog
(6) if rev 2 happens, it will have backup battery and wi-fi module so you could be able to fetch ready profiles online

Prolly something else I've forgot. That was project to upgrade our own couple of 1500s, but we can launch small batch of it. Installation requires just basic commutation, PBCs fit original places.

What do you think? Price will depend on batch size, but it will be definitely way lower than original PCBs appearing on ebay.

This sounds very interesting! I have an ATL-1000, and have always missed a way to override the B/W processing temperature of 24C, the possibility to turn of presoak, and not least the possibility of making custom programs on my ATL-1000.

If you decide to go forward, you can consider me a buyer.

Acutally we are considering making a small full-auto tabletop processor able to chill/heat and develop some 35 mm, couple of 120 rolls or pack of 4x5s. We were working on it, learning all sorts of machines which were done before, but had to postpone a bit. We plan to resume. Such a machine wouldnt cost much.

Abbiamo realizzato un controller sostitutivo per jobo 1500/1000. Sostituisce completamente l'elettronica di controllo del processore e aggiunge grande flessibilità in termini di modalità operative del processore:

(0) automatico 110/220v
(1) Controllo della temperatura PID, da 18°C in su fino a 37°C. Puoi impostare qualsiasi.
(2) Possibilità di disattivare il pre-ammollo, prendere il pre-ammollo dalla 6a bottiglia o prendere il pre-ammollo dall'ingresso
(3) Possibilità di randomizzare il modello di rotazione del serbatoio
(4) calcolatore di compensazione della temperatura integrato, non è necessario guardare il grafico
(5) GUI facile da usare che consente di personalizzare le operazioni, utilizzando lo schermo LCD grafico e la selezione jog
(6) se si verifica la rev 2, avrà una batteria di backup e un modulo Wi-Fi in modo da poter recuperare i profili pronti online

Probabilmente qualcos'altro che ho dimenticato. Era un progetto per aggiornare la nostra coppia di 1500, ma possiamo lanciarne un piccolo lotto. L'installazione richiede solo una commutazione di base, i PBC si adattano ai luoghi originali.

Cosa ne pensi? Il prezzo dipenderà dalle dimensioni del lotto, ma sarà sicuramente molto inferiore rispetto ai PCB originali che appaiono su ebay.

Hello - Did anybody ever receive any update on this Project? I would be rather interested in a programmable controller for my ATL 1000 and ofc for making at least the electronics of older jobo machines futureproof!
