Can anyone tell me where I can purchase a Jobo 2509n reel drum for use with my CPE2 Plus? New preferably, or if there is any place to buy used in good condition. Thanks in advance.

You can find it at auction very often. There is a loader for it that is handy. Then you'll need the 25xx tankss. Do not use 28xx drums.
